Taking a break

Well, ok, it's Sunday, so what? I know, I usually don't use weekends in a typical way, but yesterday I felt I really needed a break, and I couldn't just wait for Monday.
So today, I'm taking it easy. Although I woke up at half past six, after falling asleep at 1 last night, I stayed in bed for an hour. Maybe not exactly what they would call in France a "grasse matinée", but for me it's already a lot. And I don't feel frantic like yesterday.

By the way, yesterday I took the time to watch "Back to the Future" II and III. I had already seen them, years ago, but I didn't remember much of it. The first one remains the best one, but the third one is really very funny as well. I find the second one a bit "dark". Well, yes, it definetely is, so one might say it is the best one, but I think from this kind of films I expect just some fun, and finding "dark sides" is a bit destabilising. Which is not in itself wrong, but I just couldn't enjoy it as i did the other two.

So, today I'm planning to go to the park, have a walk, read, work on my Turkish, and do a few other things.
But easy, easy...

Slow

Today it's my resting day. Which doesn't mean I'm going to do nothing at all, but just that I'm going to do just what I feel like doing, and without hurrying.
BTW, I was talking yesterday with a friend of the need to "rediscover slowness". I am a slow person, I hate deadlines, and I hate when people want me to hurry. I've always been like that, but I'm afraid right now it's becoming pathological. I get nervous even when close friends ask me to do things.

Well, I've received right now an e-mail from a friend who's asking me a favour. I didn't get nervous, actually I'm pleased. Maybe it was just the stress.

But I do want to be slow.

I'm downloading it right now. Hope I'll be able to watch it tomorrow. I'll let you know.

Looking forward to the Utopiales.

Need some rest.
